Lucy Barton

Lucy Barton has extensive experience in educational roles within zoological institutions, currently serving as the Education Registration and Communications Manager at Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden since July 2020. In this position, Lucy oversees program registration and customer service for the education department. Prior to this role, Lucy held various positions including Education Registrar/Invoicing and Education Customer Care Manager during different tenures at the same institution. Lucy also worked as Learning Manager at the Zoological Society of London and Director of Education at Jackson Zoo, focusing on engaging communities in wildlife conservation and education. Lucy's educational background includes a B.A. in Zoology and Environmental Science from Miami University and a Master’s degree in Teaching from Mount St. Joseph University.
