Farhad (Fred) Faraj is a skilled Data Center Engineer currently employed at HCL America, Inc., providing support for Cloud Compute Benchmarking and Data Center Performance since February 2022. With a background in validation engineering at Cinder and Cinder CW, Faraj has extensive experience in quality assurance for Linux systems. Prior to this, a role as a Senior Validation Associate at UST GLOBAL FOUNDATION INC involved configuring and performing BIOS validation testing. Faraj also gained valuable experience as a performance lab assistant at Intel, performing system administration tasks and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Military experience as a Specialist in the US Army included providing critical translation services in a war zone. Faraj is pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science at the Oregon Institute of Technology, building upon an Associate's degree in the same field from Portland Community College.
