Jason Shin

Jason Shin is the current VP of M&A and Corporate Development at Cinedigm. Prior to this, they were a Senior Associate at Palm Tree Advisors from April 2014 to March 2021, where they focused on private equity and corporate development consulting, as well as buy-side M&A. Jason also has experience in corporate FP&A from their time as Sr. Analyst at The Walt Disney Studios from February 2011 to December 2012. Before that, they worked as an Application Consultant at Counterpoint Systems from September 2010 to February 2011, and Sr. Analyst at Warner Bros. Ent. Inc. from August 2005 to April 2010.

Jason Shin has a Master of Business Administration from IMD and a Bachelor's in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara.

Jason Shin reports to Chris McGurk, Chairman & CEO. They are on a team with Raffi Bagdasarian - VP, Product Development, Tommy Lee - SVP, International Business Development, and Jennifer Soltesz - VP, Business Development & Strategy.
