The team members have worked as the Chief Financial Officer, Interim Chief Financial Officer, SVP, Chief Accounting Officer, and Treasurer at Groupon. They also have a lot of experience in finance and accounting from their time at The University of Chicago - Booth School of Business and Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
