Miguel Figaredo

Miguel Figaredo is an experienced HR and personnel management professional currently serving as the Personnel, Compensations & HR Project Manager at Cinepolis Corporativo since July 2003. With extensive expertise in payroll, benefits, and compensation management, Miguel has successfully developed and implemented various information systems for HR management, including PeopleSoft and other software solutions.
