Yağmur Tuğçe Kaya has a diverse work experience in digital marketing, entrepreneurship, and business management. In 2020, they began working at SEM as a Digital Marketing Senior Executive - Paid Social, and prior to that, they held the role of Digital Marketing Executive - Paid Social and Digital Marketing Specialist - Paid Social, where they were responsible for planning, running, and managing social ad campaigns for multiple clients. In 2019, they were Co-Founder of Cineshort, a mobile app that streams short films from more than 75 countries. Yağmur Tuğçe was also a Starter at StartersLand, a social responsibility project that provides applied entrepreneurship trainings for university students and new graduates.
