David Busch

David Busch has a strong background in financial planning and analysis. David is currently the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Cinespace Studios. Prior to that, they held the same role at Inspire Communities. David also has experience as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Strive Communities, where they provided strategic advice and assisted in various platform and portfolio strategies. Before joining Strive Communities, David worked as a Senior Analyst in the Office of the CEO at Strive Communities, where they managed FP&A processes and developed reporting assets. David also has experience in real estate development, working as a Senior Analyst at Real Capital Solutions and an Analyst at Black Creek Capital - Dividend Capital. Earlier in their career, David worked as a Project Engineer at Walsh Construction and Barton Malow Company.

David Busch received a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University in 2009. David later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Real Estate Finance & Investment from the University of Colorado Boulder, completing it in 2015.
