Keith Gee

Keith Gee has extensive work experience in various roles, including Co-Managing Partner & Chief Financial Officer at Cinespace Studios since 2021. Prior to this, they served as President & Chief Executive Officer at Strive Communities from 2017 to 2021, where they implemented strategic changes in field operations, asset management, staffing, collections, and technology. Keith also oversaw a team of 85 reports and played key roles in financial and operational decision-making. Before that, Keith worked as Chief Operating & Financial Officer at Life Storage from 2012 to 2016, overseeing IT, finance and accounting, investor relations, and M&A strategy. Keith played a vital role in the company's growth and acquisition efforts. Previously, they served as Chief Financial Officer at SASCO / Electek from 2011 to 2012, implementing ERP conversions, payroll improvements, and stock/deferred compensation processes. Keith started their career at Panattoni Development Company in 1999, where they rose through the ranks to become Director - Accounting, Tax & Financial Reporting. In this role, they standardized systems and processes and supervised a team of approximately 90 staff members.

Keith Gee earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University between 1984 and 1989. Keith also obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant, which is currently inactive, from the State of California - Department of Consumer Affairs in November 2020.
