Bilal S. Malik

Bilal S. Malik is the VP of Engineering at Cinnova Technologies. Bilal has over 7 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on business analysis and project management.

Malik started their career as a business analyst at TkXel in May 2013. Bilal quickly rose through the ranks and became the Scrum Master/Business Analyst in November 2014. In this role, they led the Business Analysis practice at the company and was responsible for streamlining and structuring requirements management processes and communication. Bilal also played a pivotal role in requirements elicitation and analysis, working closely with clients to obtain timely signoffs throughout the SDLC. Malik was instrumental in increasing the productivity of the engineering teams by accurate documentation of business requirements using Business Requirements Documents, User Stories, and UX Prototyping/Wireframing.

In 2015, Malik left TkXel to join Cinnova Technologies as the VP of Engineering. In this role, they are responsible for leading the engineering team and driving innovation across the company. Malik has been instrumental in Cinnova’s success, helping the company sign its biggest project worth more than USD 3 million. Bilal has received continuous praise for their outstanding delivery (on time, within budget and scope) for multiple projects on a consistent basis.

Bilal Malik completed their BSc Honors in Computer Science from Lahore University of Management Sciences and their MS in Computer Science from New York University. Bilal also has a certification from PMI in Agile Certified Practitioner.
