Alexandra Jadoch, MPH, CHES, serves as the Manager of Clinical Operations Support and SDOH Relationship Manager at CINQCARE since July 2022, focusing on community-level relationships and social support services. Prior experience includes roles as Director at Greater Buffalo United Community Based Organization and Practice Facilitator at G-Health Enterprises. Alexandra also worked as a Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor at Compeer of Greater Buffalo and completed internships with Horizon Health Services and the Independent Health Foundation. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor of Science in Health Education and Promotion from Daemen University.
