Tiffany Sturdivant-Morrison

Tiffany Sturdivant currently serves as the Vice President of Health Home Operations at CINQCARE, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Tiffany accumulated extensive experience at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital from August 2015 to August 2023, advancing through multiple leadership positions including Program Director for Community and Population Health. Tiffany successfully spearheaded initiatives that increased Health Home program enrollment by 27% and generated over $10 million in revenue. Previous roles include Quality Improvement Manager at Hudson Valley Community Services and Management and Program Analyst at the District of Columbia Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services, among others. Tiffany holds a Master of Public Health from The University of Michigan School of Public Health and a BA in Political Science/African American Studies from Hood College, supplemented by leadership training from Leadership Rockland.
