Barbora Brasiunaite

Barbora Brasiunaite has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Starting in 2007, Barbora worked as an Admin Manager at UAB Motoakademija until 2011. In 2011, they joined Burberry as a Sales Associate/Administrator for a short period. Following that, they worked at Elite Associates as a Sales Associate from 2011 to 2013. From 2012 to 2013, they also served as an Office Administrator at a company called Cint.

Barbora's career at Cint continued to progress, and they took on roles such as Sales Executive, Associate Project Manager, and Project Manager from 2013 to 2017. Barbora then transitioned to the role of Senior Customer Success Executive, where they managed client relationships and identified upsell opportunities until 2019.

In 2019, Barbora became a Lead Product Consultant at Cint, responsible for supporting the sales teams, handling complex sales opportunities, and training internal staff. Barbora then moved on to become the Global Operations Director for a brief period in 2020 before being promoted to Vice President of Global Operations. In 2022, Barbora attained their current position as the Vice President of Global People Operations at Cint.

Throughout their career, Barbora has demonstrated their ability to build strong client relationships, manage projects, and achieve business objectives.

Barbora Brasiunaite pursued a Foundation degree in Access to HE in Business from Waltham Forest College in 2010-2011. Barbora also obtained a Foundation degree in Event Management and Promotion from the same college in 2007. Prior to that, Barbora attended Bishop Challoner Collegiate 6th Form from 2005 to 2006, where they focused on Information Technology. Additionally, they have obtained a certification called the WIRe Accelerate Professional Development Program from Women In Research (WIRe) in 2022.
