Marc de Schweinitz has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Marc is currently serving as the Sr. Director of Performance Marketing at Cint since July 2021. Marc started their career at The Dow Chemical Company, where they held positions such as Global Digital Marketing Manager, National Product Marketing Manager, and Commercial Assignments Specialist. Marc also has experience as a Marketing Communications Intern at FedEx Services, a Copywriter at Multi Holding, a Territory Manager at Hardwoods Specialty Products, and a Marketing Assistant at Polynesian Cultural Center. Marc began their professional journey as a Missionary/Church Representative for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Marc de Schweinitz holds an MBA in Marketing from Brigham Young University, earned from 2006 to 2008. Marc also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business Management from Brigham Young University–Hawaii between 1996 and 2002. Marc completed their high school education at Henry M. Gunn High School, obtaining a diploma in 1996. Additionally, Marc holds several certifications, including Google Analytics Certification from Google Digital Academy (Skillshop) in July 2023, Google AdWord Certified - Search Advertising, Google Ads Display Certification, and Google Ads Search Certification from Google in December 2020.
