Mikaela Bielke

Mikaela Bielke is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel at Cint since April 2025 and as a Board Member at Hemla since September 2024. Previously, Mikaela held the position of General Counsel at Instabee until April 2025, where responsibilities included legal, privacy, compliance, risk, governance, and corporate development. Mikaela has significant board experience with multiple companies, including roles as Company Secretary and Board Member in various Budbee and Instabox entities. Prior experience includes managing the HR department at Budbee, serving as Corporate Legal Counsel for BillerudKorsnäs AB, and functioning as Legal Counsel at H&M. Mikaela's early career included roles at Hammarskiöld & Co. as an Associate, teaching at Stockholm University, and working as a Law Clerk at Domstolsverket. Mikaela obtained a Swedish Master of Laws degree from Stockholm University and has pursued further education through Cambridge Law Studio and Bond University.
