Annamarie Vollhardt

AnnaMarie Vollhardt, M.Ed., has extensive experience in human resources and HR information systems, currently serving as the Director of HRIS at Cintas since August 2018. In this role, AnnaMarie maintains the HRIS while providing excellent customer support to both partners and external vendors. Previous positions include HRIS Manager at both Cintas and Tyson Foods, as well as HRIS Consultant at Fort Dearborn Company. AnnaMarie has also held leadership roles with the Greater Cincinnati Human Resources Association, including President and Vice President, and has contributed significantly to HR management at The Hillman Group and Fifth Third Bank. AnnaMarie holds a Master of Education in Human Resource Development from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Arts in Personnel and Industrial Relations from the University of Cincinnati.
