Deena Hughes

Deena Hughes is a seasoned professional in the retail and beauty industry with a diverse background in management and training. Currently serving as the Training and Compliance Manager at Cintas since December 2024, Deena previously held the position of Showroom Manager at Schoolhouse from March 2023 to November 2024. With extensive experience at Kiehl's Since 1851 as Store Manager and Nordstrom in various roles including Department Manager, Assistant Manager, and luxury brand launch lead for La Mer, Deena also contributed to ULTA Beauty as an Associate Manager of Operations and Prestige Manager. Deena's career began at Nordstrom, where the journey included business management for Laura Mercier Cosmetics. Educationally, Deena holds a degree in Fashion & Textile Design from Hartlepool College of Art & Design.
