Najla Dole

Najla Dole is an experienced training and compliance manager currently serving at Metro Trains Melbourne since August 2022. Previously, Najla held positions as Learning & Development Manager at Note Printing Australia and Training Manager at Jetstar Airways. With expertise developed over a diverse career, Najla also worked as a Learning & Development Specialist in various capacities at VicTrack and Emirates from 1997 to 2019, where roles included overseeing learning design and airport services.
