Todd M. Schneider joined [Cintas](/org/cintas) in 1989. He has held various positions within [Cintas](/org/cintas), including several management positions. He was Vice President of Sales of the Midwest/South Central Region Rental Division and President and Chief Operating Officer of the former Document Management Division. He served as Senior Vice President of Sales of the Rental Division until June 2013, when he was appointed President & Chief Operating Officer of the Rental Division. In July 2018, Mr. Schneider was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. In June 2021, Mr. Schneider was named President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company.

Joseph Scaminace is the current director at [Cintas](/org/cintas). Joseph has also been a professor of anatomy and physiology, as well as the director of business development. Joseph has plenty of experience in the field, having worked for many companies such as Nursing School, Specialists in Pulmonary & Critical Care Corp, and Simplicity health plans. Joseph has even been the regional manager for Flying J. With all of this experience, Joseph has become an expert in their field and is able to provide their clients with the best possible service.

As of now, Joseph Scaminace is an RN with a current license from Nursing. Joseph has their BS from [Arizona State University](/org/arizona-state-university) where they double majored in Psychology and Religious Studies. Joseph also has their BSN from [Western Governors University](/org/western-governors-university) in Nursing Science. Currently, they are pursuing their MSN- Family NP at [Herzing University](/org/herzing-university)-Toledo. In the future, they plan on becoming a CPA eligible accountant.

John F. Barrett is currently the Director at [Cintas](/org/cintas). Prior to their current position, Barrett was with the Financial Services Roundtable, [University of Cincinnati](/org/university-of-cincinnati) Barrett Cancer Center, and American Council of Life Insurers - [ACLI](/org/american-council-of-life-insurers). John has also been with Western & Southern Financial Group in the past. Barrett has had a long and successful career in various financial institutions.

Melanie W. Barstad is the Director at [Cintas](/org/cintas). Melanie has held various positions at Johnson & Johnson Medical, Inc. from January 1994 to December 2000, including VP, Marketing, VP, General Mgr, and Director, Marketing. In January 2000, they became the VP General Manager Vascular Access at Ethicon Endo-Surgery, A Johnson & Johnson Company, where they were responsible for Line Management, P&L, and Worldwide responsibility for Vascular Access, a $200+ million Medical Device franchise. Ms Barstad currently serves on the Investment Committee and is past Chair of the Directorship Committee of [Auburn University](/org/auburn-university) Foundation Board Of Directors.

Prior to her 2015 retirement as chief operating officer of Shred-it, Ms. Carnahan was an employee-partner of [Cintas](/org/cintas) for more than 30 years. She first joined the company’s finance and treasury department after completing several years with Arthur Andersen & Co. Ms. Carnahan served [Cintas](/org/cintas) at an executive level for more than 20 years, including in the roles of vice president & treasurer, vice president of corporate development and president & chief operating officer of [Cintas](/org/cintas)’ document management division. She joined Shred-it in 2014 when the company’s document management business merged with Shred-it.

Michael L. Thompson joined [Cintas](/org/cintas) in 1994. He has held various positions within [Cintas](/org/cintas), including Director of Corporate Development, Corporate Controller and Vice President and Treasurer. He was also Senior Vice President of the Rental Division - Facility Services and Senior Vice President and Executive Champion - Center of Excellence. In May 2014, he was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. In July 2018, Mr. Thompson was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. He is responsible for global supply chain, quality and engineering, information technology and safety.

Mike Hansen joined [Cintas](/org/cintas) in October, 1995, as Treasury Manager, after previous positions with Ernst & Young and Rockwell International. Mike has served [Cintas](/org/cintas) in many roles including: First Aid Controller, Global Accounts Controller in Chicago, General Manager of the Cincinnati Fire Location, Corporate Controller and Vice President and Treasurer. Mike was promoted to Vice President – Finance and Chief Financial Officer on February 1, 2015, responsible for the company’s accounting and finance functions. Mike was promoted again to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in July 2018.

Scott D. Farmer joined [Cintas](/org/cintas) in 1981. He has held the positions of Vice President – National Account Division, Vice President – Marketing and Merchandising, Rental Division Group Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. In 1994, he was elected to the Board. He was elected Chief Executive Officer in July 2003. Mr. Farmer was appointed Chairman of the Board in September 2016. The Board believes that Mr. Farmer's breadth of knowledge and experience in the areas of marketing, business development and corporate strategy, as well as his familiarity with all aspects of [Cintas](/org/cintas)' business, renders his service on the Board extremely beneficial to [Cintas](/org/cintas).

Paul F. Adler joined Cintas in 1997. He has held various positions within Cintas, including Corporate Development Financial Analyst, Controller – Global Supply Chain, Controller – Uniform Direct Sale, Controller – Uniform Rental & Facility Services, and Corporate Controller. He was promoted to Vice President – Treasurer & Investor Relations in June 2015. He is responsible for treasury, finance and investor relations.
