Captain Henry E. Plimack

Captain Henry E. Plimack, USCGR (Ret) serves as a member of the Broadcast and Communications Committees at the National Press Club since 2022. With extensive experience in various organizations, Plimack has held significant roles such as Vice President of the Naval Services Section at the Reserve Organization of America since 1999, and has been a committed member of the Mount Sinai - Selikoff Centers for Occupational Health Advisory Board since 2010. Additional affiliations include membership in the American Society of Safety Engineers, participation in the Disney/ABC EOHS Committee, and serving as Media and Communications Officer for the Interallied Confederation of Medical Reserve Officers. Plimack is also noted for chairing safety initiatives within NABET/CWA Local 51016 and for being recognized as Alumnus of the Year by the University of Arizona College of Fine Arts in 2012. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arizona, several advanced certifications from Cornell University, and ongoing education in supporting veteran success in higher education through ColumbiaX.
