Jo Castro Harrington has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Starting in 2003, they worked at Gap as a Flagship Store Manager before becoming a Market Manager. In 2007, they joined Banana Republic as a Flagship Commercial Manager and later became a Senior Store Manager. They achieved various awards and took on additional responsibilities during their time at Banana Republic. In 2017, they joined TOAST as a Store Manager and were later promoted to Group Store Manager for the London and South West region. In their current role, they are the Head of Customer Success at Ciphr.
