Asaf Lavi

Asaf Lavi is an Algorithm Engineer at Cipia (formerly Eyesight Technologies) since June 2021, focusing on computer vision AI for driver and cabin sensing. Prior to this role, Asaf served as an ML and AI researcher in the Electrical and Computers Engineering department at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from September 2019 to June 2021, contributing to Prof. Haim Permuter's ML and communication group. Asaf holds a Master of Science in Electrical, Communications, ML, and AI Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, obtained in 2021, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the same institution, completed in 2019.
