Ifat Kaufman, PMP, has extensive experience in quality management and operations. Ifat currently serves as the Director of Quality and Operations at Cipia (formerly Eyesight Technologies), where they are responsible for ensuring high-quality standards and efficient operations. Prior to this, Ifat held the role of Director of Quality at the same company.

Before joining Cipia, Ifat worked as a Quality Manager at Valens, a fabless manufacturing company specializing in semiconductor solutions for HDBaseT devices. In this role, they implemented quality management systems and adhered to industry standards and regulations.

From 2011 to 2015, Ifat served as the Quality & Processes Manager at Logic Industries Ltd. Ifat played a crucial role in the company's engineering division, providing quality support for mega-projects and implementing improved procedures and methods. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The Open University of Israel from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their academic achievements, they have obtained several additional certifications. In November 2014, they became a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute. Ifat also holds a certification as a Process Auditor VDA 6.3 from the Verband der Automobilindustrie (VDA) e.V., which was obtained in February 2016. Furthermore, they obtained a certification as a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) from ALD College in November 2005.
