Divanshu Kapila

Divanshu Kapila currently serves as Associate Director & Lead of Strategy at Cipla since February 2021, having previously held the position of Senior Manager for Strategy and M&A. Prior to Cipla, Divanshu worked at J.P. Morgan from July 2017 to February 2021, beginning as an Analyst in Healthcare Investment Banking and progressing from Junior Analyst to a full-time Analyst, after successfully converting an internship during January 2017 in Consumer, Healthcare, and Retail Investment Banking. Earlier experiences include a Summer Trainee role at Mentor Graphics in 2016, where recognition was received as one of the top three out of thirty selected engineering undergraduates from India, and a Summer Trainee position at C-DAC Mohali in 2015, focusing on assembly level 8051 programming. Divanshu holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology and completed secondary education at D.A.V. Public School, Ludhiana. Additionally, Divanshu is associated with the CFA Institute.
