Jitendra Sawant has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Associate Director at Cipla since January 2014, where responsibilities include leading international compensation strategy, global mobility, and the design of total rewards philosophy to attract and retain top talent. Previously at Cipla, Jitendra held roles such as Regional HR Lead and Strategic HR for Technical Operations, overseeing strategic HR projects and ensuring compliance across multiple subsidiaries. Before joining Cipla, Jitendra worked in HR roles at Pidilite Industries Limited, Gold's Gym India, and others, with a focus on performance management and recruitment. Jitendra holds a Master's degree in Management Studies specializing in Human Resources from Lala Lajpatrai Institute of Management, and a Bachelor's in Management Studies from MMK College of Commerce & Economics.
