Raju Mistry

Raju Mistry serves as the President and Global Chief People Officer at Cipla, effectively leading the Global HR function for the company, which operates in over 100 countries with a workforce exceeding 25,000 employees. Mistry has a rich background in human resources, having held prominent roles such as Chief Human Resources Officer at Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd., where leadership of transformative HR agendas was undertaken, and Global CHRO for Grasim Industries Limited, supervising HR initiatives across multiple countries. Previous experience includes significant positions at Aditya Birla Group, Tata Group, Colgate-Palmolive, Siemens, and Bayer, contributing to talent strategy, leadership development, and HR processes. Mistry holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior with a focus on Leadership Effectiveness and additional degrees in Industrial Psychology and Psychology from the University of Mumbai and Mithibai College.
