Dr. Cyprian Cele (PhD)

Dr. Cyprian Cele has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Dr. Cyprian began their career as the Head of Human Resources at Cipla South Africa in 2013, where they served until 2015. Dr. Cyprian then joined Richards Bay Minerals as a Human Resources Manager from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they moved to Kansai Plascon and held two roles: Head of Human Resources and Head of Human Resources Operations until 2020. In 2020, they returned to Cipla South Africa as the Director of Human Resources.

Dr. Cyprian Cele obtained a Masters Degree in Labour Relations from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal between 2015 and 2017. Subsequently, from 2018 to 2022, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Leadership and Management Studies at the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
