Debra Yarnall

Debra Yarnall is an experienced talent acquisition leader currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for the Americas at Circana since October 2023. With a robust background in recruitment, Debra previously held positions as Senior Recruiting Manager at Amazon Web Services, where the focus was on building diverse candidate pools and optimizing recruitment processes, and as Global Talent Acquisition Manager at WarnerMedia, responsible for creating multiple global sourcing teams. Earlier experience includes serving as Global Senior Recruitment Leader at IBM and Director of Talent Acquisition at Aon, where strategic partnerships and innovative sourcing strategies were key initiatives. Debra holds a BA in Psychology from Rutgers University.
