Isha Elhence

Isha Elhence is an experienced executive in the footwear and accessories industry, currently serving as Executive Director at Circana since July 2021. Prior to this role, Isha held multiple positions at The NPD Group from August 2016 to June 2021, including Director of Footwear & Accessories, Account Manager for Fashion Footwear & Accessories, Account Specialist for Luxury & Watches, and Retail Market Specialist. Isha began a career in the fashion industry as a Retail Market Analyst Intern at Tory Burch in 2015. Isha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Economics from The George Washington University, which was completed in 2016, and graduated from Greenhill School in 2012.
