Jillian Brancato

Jillian Brancato currently serves as the Director, Global Human Resources Business Partner at Circana, overseeing HR operations across the U.S., LATAM, and Canada. With extensive experience at Allstate, Jillian held roles including Sr. Manager of Strategy & Execution for Digital Transformation, where responsibilities included driving business strategy and innovation for customer experience.
