Kristina Ziemak

Kristina Ziemak, SPHR, currently serves as the SVP and Global Chief HR Business Partner at Circana, a company formed from the merger of The NPD Group and IRi Worldwide. With a robust background in human resources, Kristina's previous roles at The NPD Group include VP of Americas Human Resources, Executive Director of HR, and HR Director for Strategic Business Partnering, where Kristina drove strategic HR initiatives and aligned them with business goals. Prior to The NPD Group, Kristina was Head of HR at First Empire Securities, overseeing the HR strategy, and held various positions at Cablevision/Rainbow Media, including Area Director of Employee Relations, managing talent and performance management across a large team.
