Rajlakshmi Shankaran

Rajlakshmi Shankaran has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rajlakshmi is currently working at Circana as the Senior Vice President of Product Development since March 2023. Prior to this, they held the same role at The NPD Group from June 2021 to February 2023.

Before joining Circana and The NPD Group, Rajlakshmi worked at Walmart eCommerce for over a decade. Rajlakshmi held various roles including Head of eCommerce/Category Director, where they were responsible for the Wireless portfolio in Consumer Electronics. Rajlakshmi also served as the Sr. Category Manager for Audio - Consumer Electronics and Sr. Buyer for iPad, Tablets, and Chromebooks.

Additionally, Rajlakshmi has experience in roles such as Buyer for Stationery & Office Supplies and Product Manager for Prepaid Cards at Walmart Services. Prior to their tenure at Walmart, they worked at ABN AMRO as an Officer and at Polaris Software Labs Ltd. as an Intern.

Rajlakshmi Shankaran holds an MBA in Marketing and Human Resources from the University of Madras. Rajlakshmi also has a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree specializing in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Lucknow.
