Xanna Ratliff is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client services and operations management, currently serving as Senior Director of Operations Client Service at Circana since July 2017. Previously, Xanna held roles including Director of Operations Client Service at The NPD Group, where significant improvements in client satisfaction metrics were achieved.
