Javier León Solís has over 25 years of experience in the creative industry. Javier began their career in 1996 as a Technical and Music Producer at FDG Producciones. In 2003, they moved to Spantel, LLC as a Graphic Publicity Designer. In 2005, they joined Proxxime Outsourcing as the Director of Art and Design, while also serving as a Continuous Training Tutor. In 2006, they took on the role of Art and Design Manager at GAP Design. In 2010, they became a Graphic Design and Web Layout Manager for Fuerte Hotels. In 2012, they were a Teacher Trainer for the Junta de Andalucía. In 2013, they became an External Team Dynamizer and Operations Advisor for Apple. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Eagle Productivity Solutions as a Creative and Interactive Developer, responsible for interactive and non-interactive product development, idea creation, design development, and creating deliverables such as PPTs, QRCs, QRGs, eBlasts, eLearnings, Assets Gathering, and Videos. Since 2011, they have also been a Motivator and Therapist, as well as a Trainer and Motivator, through freelance work. Currently, they are a Senior Creative Designer at Circit.

In 2010, they completed a Seminario SEO / SEM and a Seminario E-Commerce & Revenue Management y Marketing Online at Formación continua de la empresa.
