Chad Gardner

Chad Gardner is an accomplished nonprofit professional with extensive experience in development and event management. Currently serving as the Director of Development at A Kid Again since April 2024, Chad collaborates with leadership to create and implement fundraising strategies. As the Ohio District Administrator for Circle K International, Chad has contributed to a 24% membership growth across multiple campuses. Previous roles include Director of Development at New Directions Career Center, where Chad focused on financial sustainability and donor engagement, and Associate Director of Events and Volunteers at Home For Families, where significant revenue growth was achieved for gala events. Chad's earlier experience includes various positions at the American Cancer Society, where successful event portfolios and community engagement initiatives were developed. Chad holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Marietta College.
