Kirsten Lee

Kirsten Lee has significant experience in customer service and operations, currently serving as an Account Manager at Circle Logistics, Inc. since July 2021, after previously holding the position of Operations Representative. Prior to that, Kirsten worked as a Customer Service Representative III at STARTEK, where responsibilities included addressing customer inquiries and ensuring accurate documentation. Earlier experience includes a role as a Team Member/Trainer at White Castle from July 2016 to May 2021, and volunteering at multiple medical institutions, including Rush University Medical Center, Advocate Christ Medical Center, and Northwestern Memorial Hospital, gaining valuable experience in outpatient care and patient assistance. Kirsten holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Science Administration with a minor in Organizational Leadership from Roosevelt University, and also attended Moraine Valley Community College.
