Kelsey Hand-Mark

Kelsey Hand-Mark has a diverse work experience in various marketing roles. They started working at Barnard Babysitting Agency in 2012, where they managed a team of 5 employees and over 1,300 babysitters. They helped increase profits and registered sitters during their time there.

From 2013 to 2015, Kelsey worked at Impala Asset Management as a Research Analyst Intern and Administrative Assistant. They created financial models and performed investment research for a hedge fund.

In 2015, Kelsey joined Redwood Partners as a Human Capital Analyst, where they worked until 2016.

From 2016 to 2018, Kelsey worked at SoFi as part of the Campus Marketing Strategy team. They developed and managed an on-campus MBA marketing program, recruited and managed interns, and increased loan origination at target schools.

Starting in 2018, Kelsey joined Dandelion (Home Geothermal) as an Acquisition Marketing Lead and later became a Sr. Marketing Manager. They spearheaded paid and owned digital marketing strategies, managed a budget, and achieved significant revenue growth.

In 2020, Kelsey joined Maven Clinic as a Growth Marketing Manager and worked there until 2021.

In 2021, they moved to Capitalize and worked as a Growth Marketing Manager and then as a Senior Growth Marketing Manager until 2022.

Currently, Kelsey is working at Circle as a Product Marketing Manager.

Kelsey Hand-Mark has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology (cum laude) from Barnard College. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Columbia University.
