Kailey Arlen

Kailey Arlen is an experienced professional in surrogacy and education, currently serving as both Surrogate Intake Manager and Surrogate Outreach Manager at Circle Surrogacy since August 2021. Prior to this role, Kailey worked as a Senior Recruiting Coordinator at NCSA Next College Student Athlete from August 2016 to August 2021. Kailey's earlier experience includes positions as an Advanced Toddler Teacher at The Little Green Tree House from January 2015 to January 2017 and as a Special Education Paraprofessional at Easter Seals Metropolitan Chicago from June 2014 to January 2015. Kailey holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Teacher Education from Chestnut Hill College, earned between 2010 and 2014, and has pursued further education at Arizona State University.
