Carrie Walecka

Carrie Walecka is the current Vice President of Global Talent Business Partnership, Development, and Operations at Circle. Carrie has been with the company since May of 2021 and in their role, they are responsible for leading the company's talent strategy, initiatives, and programs.

Prior to joining Circle, Carrie was the Vice President of Global Talent at Brightcove from November 2015 to May 2021. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing Brightcove's talent strategy, which included recruiting, retention, learning and development, and HR operations.

Before Brightcove, Carrie was with Venture Lane | Startup Hub, where they were responsible for supporting startups in their growth and development.

Carrie Walecka attended Salve Regina University, where they earned a B.S. in Business Administration.

Their manager is Elisabeth Carpenter, COO. Carrie Walecka works with and Josh Burek - Senior Director, Strategic Positioning.
