Elise Lapunzina

Elise (Becker) LaPunzina is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in investigations and enforcement. Currently serving as Chief Counsel for Circle, previous roles include Senior Litigation Counsel. Elise held several positions within the United States Attorneys' Offices, notably as Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Special Prosecutions and National Security Unit, and as Deputy Criminal Chief in the Criminal Division. Additional experience includes serving as Deputy Chief and Chief of the National Security Unit at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Utah and as an Assistant District Attorney at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office.
