Lindsay Knapper

Lindsay Knapper is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in recruitment and team management across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Circle since November 2021, Lindsay previously held the position of Director of Talent at Lovepop, where the focus was on attracting creative problem solvers. Earlier roles include Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at athenahealth, where Lindsay led a team of recruiters in a dynamic software environment, as well as positions at NASDAQ OMX Global Corporate Services, Cubellis Inc., Professional Staffing Group, and XO Communications. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Babson College, obtained in 2004.
