Andres La Russa

Andrés La Russa is a seasoned UX designer currently serving as Lead UX Designer at CircleBlack since January 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing a multi-faceted product team and conducting comprehensive audits and redesigns of design systems to enhance design efficiency and user experience. Prior experience includes roles as UX Designer at Kraft & Kennedy, Inc., where La Russa modernized the company website and established branding guidelines, and as an Associate Designer, where a new brand identity was developed. Additional experience encompasses internships at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, creating promotional materials, and SAJO//McCANN, where ad campaigns were conceptualized and executed. La Russa holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design from Queens College, obtained in 2019.
