Becky Driscoll's work experience begins in 2003 at Starbucks Coffee Company, where they worked as a Shift Supervisor for six years. During their time there, they developed and trained staff, created sales strategies, resolved customer concerns, and managed promotional sales. In 2006, they worked as an English Teacher at the Academy of Lyon, followed by a year-long role in Production at KVBC-TV in 2007. In 2009, they joined Foothill Optometric Group as a Sales Associate before moving on to Focus in 2010, where they served as a Key Account Manager. At Focus, they built and managed online communities, achieved high quotas, and organized teleconferences and webinars. From 2011 to 2013, Becky worked as a Business Strategy Consultant. In 2013, they became the National Sales Manager at Peppermill Resort Spa Casino before transitioning to TOPO Inc. as an Account Executive in 2014. At TOPO, they contributed to sales and marketing improvement efforts for clients. In 2015, they joined Gusto, initially working as a Benefits Broker and HR Platform Salesperson before taking on the role of Empowering the Advising Fulfillment Team, where they stayed until 2019. Finally, in 2019, they joined CircleCI as a Manager in Customer Success for SMB clients. Becky was promoted to Senior Manager in Customer Success in 2020 and then became the Director of Customer Success in 2021, a position they currently hold.

Becky Driscoll has an MBA in Business Strategy from San Francisco State University, Lam Family College of Business. Becky also has a degree in Telecommunications/Production with a focus on French Language from Pepperdine University. In addition to their academic qualifications, Becky has obtained a California Life & Health Insurance License from the California Department of Insurance in November 2015.
