Bruna Cunha has an extensive work experience in recruitment and talent consulting. Bruna is currently working as a Senior Recruiter at CircleCI, where they are responsible for scaling the Go-to-Market teams across their multiple offices. Bruna has filled over 60 positions in GTM functions and has achieved impressive hiring metrics. Prior to CircleCI, Bruna worked as a Talent Consultant at Infinitus Systems, Inc., where they helped with hiring 120 operators in a short period of time. Bruna also worked as a Talent Consultant at Tack Advisors, where they provided career development training, management consulting, and recruitment services. Bruna's experience also includes working as an Executive Search Consultant at Groupe Insearch, where they specialized in executive support roles, and as an Enterprise Sales Recruiter at Betts Recruiting, where they partnered with innovative companies to build their sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Bruna's earlier experience includes roles at Oracle and the University of California, Berkeley. Bruna started their career as an intern at the California Democratic Party.

Bruna Cunha completed their high school education at John F. Kennedy High School, where they obtained their Diploma in General Education from 2007 to 2011. Bruna then pursued further education at Sacramento City College from 2011 to 2012 and received an Associate's degree in Communication and Media Studies. Following this, they attended Cosumnes River College from 2012 to 2013, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Communication Studies, focusing on International Relations and Affairs. Bruna then continued their education at the University of California, Berkeley from 2014 to 2016. At UC Berkeley, they achieved a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government, specializing in International Relations. Additionally, in 2015, Bruna Cunha attended the Haas School of Business, also part of UC Berkeley, where they obtained a Certificate in Business Administration.
