Christine Hersh has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Christine started their career in 2010 at Labatt Food Service as a Registered Dietitian and Account Manager. In 2012, they joined Rackspace and held various roles including Technical Account Manager and Account Manager II. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Customer Success Account Manager at Chef Software. In 2017, they became a Project Manager at the Denver Institute for Faith & Work, where they stayed until 2020. During their time there, they gained valuable experience in managing projects. In 2020, Christine joined Veritone, Inc. as a Customer Success Manager and later moved on to Datadog, where they worked as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager. Currently, they are employed at CircleCI as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager. Overall, Christine has developed strong customer success and account management skills throughout their career.

Christine Hersh attended Baylor University from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition Sciences. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained various certifications. These include Intro to DevOps and DevSecOps from Accelebrate in February 2022, Demo Certification from Datadog in May 2021, AWS Concepts from Linux Academy in September 2020, ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF) Certification from ICAgile in February 2016, Wilderness First Aid from NOLS Wilderness Medicine Institute (WMI) in January 2016, Cloud Savvy from Rackspace, the #1 managed cloud company in July 2014, and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) from APM Group in August 2012.
