Diederick van der Heijden

Diederick van der Heijden has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Diederick is currently working at CircleCI as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked at vamp.io as a Customer Success Manager from July 2017 to May 2021. At vamp.io, they were involved in building software tooling for orchestrated release management on cloud-native technology stacks.

Before joining vamp.io, Diederick owned their own company, DFT van der Heijden, from October 2016 to February 2017. Diederick also took a sabbatical from January 2016 to November 2016.

In previous roles, Diederick worked at Gartner as an Account Executive from August 2012 to December 2015. At Gartner, they acted as a liaison between clients and the company and built trust-based relationships with CIOs, IT leaders, and technical professionals. Diederick helped organizations develop strategies across all components of the IT project lifecycle.

Diederick also has experience working at Oracle in various roles. Diederick was an Account Manager for Local Government from June 2010 to July 2012, Account Manager for Central Government from October 2007 to May 2010, and an Inside Sales Representative from October 2005 to September 2007. At Oracle, they were responsible for managing top-tier public sector accounts and engaged with clients to find and close new business opportunities.

Diederick van der Heijden attended the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2000 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in International Management. During the same period, they also obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from the same institution. In August 2012, Diederick obtained a certification in Value Selling from Value Selling Associates. Additionally, in February 2006, they obtained a certification in SPIN, although the institution from which they obtained this certification is not specified.
