Eri Crego

Eri Crego has a diverse background in IT support and graphic design. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer. In 2020, they transitioned into IT technical support at CIART, providing assistance with software and hardware maintenance and managing social media accounts. They also worked as IT Technical Support for Huawei, where they were responsible for on-site support, laptop repair, and configuration. In 2021, Eri joined Osana Salud as an IT Technical Support specialist. Currently, they are employed at CircleCI as an IT Global Support specialist, offering remote support to internal users in a Mac environment, utilizing platforms such as Okta Admin, Google Suite, and Jira.
