Star-Ann Goodrich

Star-Ann Goodrich has extensive work experience in various roles. Star-Ann started their career in 2007 at Microsoft, where they served as a Communications & Employee Engagement Program Manager for 10 years before transitioning to the role of Global Partner Development Manager for an additional 2 years. In 2019, they joined Aldevron as a Senior Manager of Client Experience, where they focused on employee and client experiences, internal communications, training, and onboarding. Currently, since 2022, they are employed at CircleCI as a Staff People Partner, where they partner with Revenue, Marketing, and Product teams to develop and align the People strategy to the Go-To-Market priorities. In this role, they drive workforce planning, organizational design, employee engagement, talent development, leadership mentoring, management capability, and acts as a culture ambassador.

Star-Ann Goodrich attended Minnesota State University Moorhead but did not obtain a degree. In addition to their college education, they have obtained certifications in "Winning Breakthrough Client Engagement" from Dale Carnegie of North Dakota & Minnesota in June 2021 and "Cultivating a Growth Mindset" from LinkedIn in September 2020.
