Tsion Goytom has a diverse work experience in customer success and account management roles. From August 2022 to the present, Tsion has been working as a Commercial Technical Success Manager at CircleCI. Prior to this, Tsion served as an SMB Technical Success Manager at CircleCI from February 2021 to July 2022. From August 2020 to January 2021, Tsion worked as a Customer Success Associate II at CircleCI. Before joining CircleCI, Tsion was an Account Manager at Qwil from November 2019 to August 2020. Additionally, Tsion worked as a Customer Success Manager at Prodsmart from April 2019 to November 2019, and as an Account Manager at Radius (formerly Agentdesks) from February 2018 to March 2019.
Tsion Goytom obtained a Bachelor's degree from the University of Denver. In addition to their degree, they have obtained multiple certifications including "Introduction to DevOps and DevSecOps" from Accelebrate in February 2022, "DevOps Foundation" from DevOps Institute in April 2021, and various certifications in subjects such as anti-money laundering, conflicts of interest, data privacy and security, fraud prevention, information security, OFAC sanctions and embargoes, all obtained from Thomson Reuters in April 2020. Tsion also completed a course on "Project Management: The Basics for Success" offered by Coursera and University of California, Irvine in December 2017.
