Justin McMahon

Justin McMahon currently serves as the Care Team Support Manager at CircleLink Health since February 2023. Previously, from March 2018 to February 2023, Justin was the Associate Coach Program Manager at Noom, leading a team of health coach managers and overseeing more than 100 coaches. In this role, Justin facilitated weekly meetings, provided one-on-one support, and implemented performance management initiatives to improve coaching quality and user satisfaction. Justin also held the position of Health Coach Manager, mentoring a team of health coaches and handling clinical and technical issues, as well as beginning as a Health Coach to assist users in achieving health-related goals. Justin holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Central Connecticut State University, where involvement as a Graduate Assistant included various academic and administrative support tasks.
