Jody-Ann Williston

Jody-Ann Williston has a diverse range of work experience. Jody-Ann started their career in 2014 as an Events Planner Assistant at the Jamaica Cultural Development Commission (JCDC), where they assisted in developing, planning, and implementing strategies for events. From 2014 to 2015, they also worked as a Health Aide Nurse at the Port Maria Health Complex, where they helped identify and engage patients in need of community health support.

In 2016, Jody-Ann took on several roles at VXI Global Solutions, LLC. Jody-Ann started as a Sales Representative, providing recommendations to improve products and services and relaying customer feedback to marketing teams. Jody-Ann then became a Quality Specialist, monitoring work and providing feedback to improve team performance, and developed new methods of testing products. Later, they became a Customer Service Team Lead, building open and professional relationships with team members and delegating tasks for optimal productivity.

In 2019, Jody-Ann joined Concentrix as an Operations Supervisor. In this role, they managed overall operations, ensuring labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures were upheld. Jody-Ann also represented the company on regulatory issues. Jody-Ann held this position until January 2022.

In 2020, Jody-Ann worked at Circle Medical - a UCSF Health Affiliate as a Precertification Specialist & Patient Care Coordinator. Jody-Ann was responsible for obtaining prior authorizations for medications and completing the authorization process with commercial payers. Jody-Ann also submitted necessary forms and clinical documentation and entered clear and concise comments in the EHR system.

Currently, since September 2022, Jody-Ann is a Mental Health Counselor at UNICEF. Additional details about their role in this position were not provided.
